The property consists of ten hectares of olive groves and woods located on the nearest Lucca hills, 200 meters of altitude above the town.

The very special feature of the house is the hydraulic roof which can be opened thanks to six pistons at a 30° angle, like the wings of a butterfly. It is the first house in the world with a hydraulic roof. The pool is perfect for swimming with sixteen metres in length, another larger area for playing and a hydromassage area, all for twenty-six meters in length.
