On your arrival at the villa you will be welcomed by the caretakers. They will then show you how operate the household appliances and any household systems, fixtures or fittings. They will also give you written instructions on them.
In some cases, you may find that the caretaker speaks little or no English. Therefore, if you have any difficulties in communication in the villa, you can call our help line at anytime and we will be glad to assist you.
food shops are closed on sunday?
Your arrival will be on a Saturday, and what could be better than arriving at your Italian villa and opening the fridge containing all your favourite foods? No problem - just send us a shopping list a week before your arrival and the villa staff will ensure a fully, personally-stocked fridge.

local cook or professional chef?
Local cooks: this service is generally provided by excellent local cooks. They come highly recommended by the owners of the villas and they are skilled in preparing traditional and regional Italian dishes. If you would like to taste Italian gourmet cuisine we can also provide professional chefs in many areas.
maid service, extra or included?
In many villas maid service is included in the rental cost. However, where this service is not included or it is not sufficient for your needs we will provide it for you.
babysitting
In most of the villas you have the possibility to leave your children in the care of professional babysitters. Most local babysitters usually speak a little English.

Various villas are ideal location for wedding parties. We can help you to find the right villa for this unique event.
