excellent We enjoyed our stay in Incantesimo very much! We think it has an extremely nice location, a beautiful house with lots of space in a lovely natural environment. Golf course around the corner. The very charming owner Cesare made our day! He was very hospitable and also invited us for a trip on his boat!

very good This villa has a gorgeous view down the coast and a very fine kitchen in which to cook local products. The pool was wonderful, the flowers beautiful and everyone could spread out as they wished. The beach in Numana was very close and the restaurants there had wonderful seafood. Good security and quiet at night, but for a local pub.

good We would happily take the property again. The view and location are fantastic. The house is very comfortable and the Marche has a lot to offer. The kind owner left us a great welcome but needs to service or replace the dishwasher and kettle. The BBQ and wood fired oven were terrific assets. The pool is excellent and well maintained. Thank you, until next year! Peter
