For those who enjoy relaxing in the peaceful countryside close to the stunning Umbrian town of Orvieto and at the same time like being only 10 mins from the Florence to Rome motorway which provides excellent travel access, Vallequerce is an ideal residence. Immersed in the Umbrian hills and surrounded by wheat fields, this farmhouse has a fully fenced-in garden and spacious lawns stretching from the house to the pool which are both suitable and safe for children. The farmhouse, recently renovated by a young couple, is stylishly and simply furnished thus respecting the stone farmhouse's original characteristics. The upholstery is all of high quality, the bedrooms are all of ample size and the bathrooms are comfortable and elegantly finished, comfort and love of tradition go hand-in-hand in this farmhouse. The swimming pool, although portrayed in the photos as having plastic chairs, is equipped with comfortable wooden made loungers.The road which takes you downhill from the farmhouse to Orvieto is completely paved except for a short stretch which is still in good condition and perfectly navigable. The house is in a strategic position, near the most beautiful cities and towns in the centre of Italy (Rome, Siena, Todi, Florence,) and with its natural surroundings the property represents an ideal place for passing a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The villa is located at 400 mt altitude.
