This elegant villa (436 sqm) and its enclosed grounds which comprise an entire hillside of 2 hectares are situated on the outskirts of Todi. Despite its position deep in the Umbrian countryside at 450 mts of altitude, the villa is easily accessible from the motorway, via an asphalt road. A tree-lined avenue leads up to the villa which is situated at the top of the hill and which offers breath-taking 360-degree views.The beauty of the scenery and landscape makes one part of the garden unique; this area has been transformed into a terrace and has been fitted with a dining table and sofas which face onto open countryside bordered only by distant valleys and by Montecastello di Vibio – a typical medieval hill-town. The interior of the villa is also extremely charming; a welcoming atmosphere is created through a wealth of tasteful ornaments, paintings and elegant furniture. All the bedroom are spacious, have beautiful views and are fitted with a telephone. The swimming pool is just a few steps away from the villa and offers spectacular views, with Todi visible in the distance. The scenery can also be enjoyed from the many furnished areas of the 1 hectare of garden which is lusciously green and well shaded by ancient trees. The pool area is wonderfully relaxing. A very short dirt road leads from the electric gate to the parking of the villa.
