From the square of the ancient hamplet of Il Borgo, a wrought iron gate between two grey stone columns marks the entrance to the private park of the villa.
On the ground floor is the main entrance, a large sitting room with a fireplace, a dining room, the kitchen and a bedroom with a bathroom of travertine from Rapolano. A stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are three bedrooms, each with private bathroom, facing onto the garden.
The antique furniture and family pictures furnish the interior spaces endowing the place with the charm of ancient villas.
The villa, with its own central heating, all modern comforts and a private swimming pool, can be lived in all the year round.
