This nice villa is located in a quite residential area of Forte dei Marmi, at just walking distance from the beach. Villa Mari is nicely furnished with ethnical elegant theme, also equipped with all the modern technological facilities, such as air conditioning and satellite.
A private swimming pool is located in the fenced in garden of about 1100 sqm. The pool equipment is of a high standard quality made of wood. The villa, recently restored, is located at Forte dei Marmi at just 900 mt from a sandy beach where there are various restaurants. Also beach equipment can be rented (umbrellas and sun chairs). The villa has a pleasant veranda furnished to eat under the stars.On the lower ground lever there is a bedroom suitable for a babysitter, or can be used for children (the standard of the furniture is lower respect of other bedrooms).
