Getting down through one of the two separate ways from the panoramic road connecting Positano to Amalfi, you will find this luxury sea front villa.
At 1km from the centre of Positano, Rubino is magnificently perched on the cliffs of the town, with its own quay and sun-bathing terraces by the sea.
The property has spacious terraces including all of the sitting, living and dining rooms which command the most beautiful views. The larger one is equipped with sofas and a table for up to 8 people.
A small garden composed of 3 terraces of grass leads to the sea. The steps pass the garden terraces, sunbathing & swimming terraces on the way. One of the terraces has an hammock and a tennis table, and another one has sun beds and a shower. The lowest level has staircases partially immersed into the sea.
It is also possible to moor a boat. From the villa to the sea level there are 200 steps.
The villa is superbly furnished with a combination of antique and modern pieces as well as with original works of art. All the rooms are decorated with antiques and original artworks.
Hand-painted tile floors and walls in ‘stucco veneziano’ are complemented by air-conditioning in bedrooms and every modern convenience for guests’ comfort.
Each of the upper bedrooms has a balcony or private roof terrace facing the marvellous panorama of Positano and the sea.
Rubino is a fully staffed property. A cook will prepare breakfast and meals. Also the maid is available until 4 pm. The waiter is at disposal for 4 hours during the evening, he will prepare aperitifs and serve dinner.

fully staffed villa, children under 10 not allowed, friendly cats on premises. The villa can be reached by a private staircase (190 steps) or by a small pathway (not accessible by car) plus 90 steps. Water taxi day and night, boat rental & water skiing can all be easily arranged.
