This flat is on the Giudecca island, only a short way from Dorsoduro and San Marco. Giudecca feels like a village with small shops, beautiful waterfront restaurants and the flat has stunning views onto the whole lagoon and outlying islands.
The famous Cipriani hotel and Harry Dolci are a ten minute walk from the flat. This apartment is on the third and fourth floor of a design award winning building.
The whole flat is incredibly light, especially the sitting room/dining area. This unique apartment has been furnished in a modern way but has a very homely and comfortable ambiance.
The ferry boat (Vaporetto) Palanca, connects Giudecca island to San Marco square.

the third floor has a big open plan living/dining room with large kitchen area, and a double bedroom (king size bed) with a shower room.

fourth floor.
on the upstairs level there is a roomy studio space with a double bed in the alcove, and a further double sofa bed. On this floor is an en suite bathroom with corner bath. Glass doors open from the studio onto a private south facing terrace with panoramic views over the lagoon and also towards San Marco.
