This luxurious villa is located 8 kilometres from famous Capalbio, the celebrated, historical village in the Maremma region of Tuscany, and an equal 8 kilometres from the Tuscan coastline with its sandy beaches and bathing facilities. This part of the Tuscan coast is very popular amongst Italian VIPs: imagine a lush strip of green stretching from the coast to the lower hills, dotted with wonderful villas, each distant enough from the next to ensure absolute privacy. The coastline boasts sandy beaches and beautiful, uncrowded spots with bathing facilities, where umbrellas and sun loungers are for rent, and restaurants there to sample.
Tre Fontane is surrounded by 3 hectares of land with a splendid, fenced garden overflowing with old roses in all shades of pink, and with a pool. The villa has some luxurious characteristics, amongst which air conditioning and the sheer size of the pool, spectacular in its own right. The garden is designed by a noted landscape gardener and is extremely well maintained. There is also a private helicopter pad. All the living areas are elegantly furnished and provide every conceivable comfort. On the ground floor, the living room and various loungers are combined to form an L-shape, from which various French windows lead to the garden. The portico is tastefully furnished with a dining table for outdoor meals and a number of sofas and armchairs. The villa was built and furnished recently. The couple who look after the garden and cleaning in the house, live in an independent unit in the basement and fully respect the guests' privacy.
