This imposing castle sits amongst the hills in magical surroundings, partly wild and partly cultivated. The extensive property, on which I Palazzi stands, is protected by a partly crenellated wall. There are three distinct residences on the property: The Palazzo (the palace), a vast 3 storey stone villa; The Torre (the tower), which stands between the Palazzo and the swimming pool; and a beautiful farmhouse which stands near the entrance to the property. The farmhouse stands outside the inner walls, which surround the Palazzo and the Torre. The most fascinating and impressive of the residences is of course the Palazzo. The ground floor was originally an Abbey, built in the year 1000.
This rare example of historic architecture has been sympathetically adapted for contemporary use and now contains the living room with a large central fireplace. The medieval walls, ceilings and windows are all original. The owner’s love of beauty and history is evident in the furnishing of the Palazzo. With great attention to detail, the rooms have been furnished and decorated with fine antiques making it a very refined and exclusive property.
The Palazzo has an internal elevator which takes you to the top floor. Each floor is furnished differently but to the same exquisite standards. The Torre stands not 10 metres away from the Palazzo. There is a kitchen and a changing room on the ground floor which have separate access from the outside which make them very convenient if you wish to relax by the pool or dine there. There are three luxurious rooms leading off the lounge, all of which have been furnished with fine antiques.
The large “infinity” swimming pool, which is immersed in the countryside, can be heated and equipped with beautiful, comfortable garden furniture in keeping with the surrounding natural stone work. There are plenty of lovely walking tracks which weave through the 12 hectare property. There is also a tennis court next to the farmhouse. The Palazzo, the Torre and the swimming pool all enjoy a rare level of complete privacy. I Palazzi is easily accessible from Perugia and its nearby airport via a well-maintained country road.

very large dining room with a fireplace and a table which easily seats 14 (maximum 16). Kitchen with a fireplace, guest bathroom, 1 master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and double en suite bathroom (one part with bathtub and basin connected to shower room and toilet).

second floor
1 junior suite with French bed (140x190cm) and small sitting room with TV and sofa bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

third floor
hallway, 1 large double bedroom (160x190cm) with en suite bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with French bed (140x190cm) with en suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, 1 bedroom with French bed (140x190cm) with steps leading up to an en suite bathroom with bathtub.

on the ground floor nearest to the pool there is a kitchen, a gymnasium room with step, running machine, multifunction machine, 1 bedroom with French bed (140x190cm),a bathroom with shower.

entrance by external staircases: dining room with kitchen area and fireplace, living room, 2 bedrooms with French bed (each 140x190cm), 1 master bedroom (170x190cm), 1 twin bedroom, 4 bathrooms with shower.

It is also possible to organize Yoga lessons and Taichi Qi Gong lessons for 120 Euro per lesson for the whole group that will partecipate. Ballon ride for 300 Euro per person (min. 2 people), take-off points are Lake Trasimeno, Assisi or Todi.
