Casa Riccio is a small farmhouse, set below the hamlet of Bastia Creti surrounded by a large, fenced and well maintained garden. It is situated on a hillside and enjoys pretty views of the countryside. Elegantly restored up to a very high level with terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, it has been furnished with tasteful antiques. Casa Riccio shares the large swimming pool and tennis court with a few exclusive apartments situated in the nearby hamlet. The property owners live in another property within the grounds, about 30 metres away from Casa Riccio. Both houses have their own private garden area. Outside the kitchen/ dining room of Casa Riccio, there is a furnished area which is ideal for eating outdoors.

Ballon ride for 300 Euro per person (min. 2 people), take-off points are Lake Trasimeno, Assisi or Todi.

excellent We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Riccio and cannot recommend it highly enough. It was peaceful and charming and the perfect setting for a relaxing break. Only a one hour drive from the airport, it could not have been easier and Umbertide provided everything we needed. Obviously the plumbing issue initially caused concern but that was rectified straight away and was probably only due to language issues. I would also like to thank Home In Italy for the excellent service we received all round. Thank you so much and yes we will be using you again sometime on the future Best wishes, James

excellent It was all wonderful. My husband and I were commenting one night that in your brochure you put that property Sanbucaia has 'stunning panoramic views'. This property can be easily seen from Casa Riccio as it is on the next hill. The write up for Casa Riccio only says it has 'pretty views of the countryside': In fact the views at Casa Riccio are even better than the other property as they are 360'!!!! They are simply AMAZING!!! We had a great time thank you and the owner was very helpful and the housekeeper wonderful. She did a great job babysitting for us. We'll be back! Many thanks Claire
