Only 10 kilometres from Perugia, Solido looks out from a 600 metre-high hill onto a valley where in the distance can be seen Assisi on one side and Perugia on the other. The property comprises of 14 hectares of woodland and olive groves that surround the two villas, which are joined by a central large patio. This area is particularly well organised, with a large stone barbecue and a spacious working area for cooking as well as 2 tables which seat up to 20 persons. Well-maintained lawns surround the houses, which are set out identically, and from here there are stone steps leading down to the large pool adjacent to a small pine wood area which also forms part of the property. Both houses, rented out as one singular property, have spacious rooms with wooden floor as well as the living areas from which there is direct access to the garden. At 20 metres from the house there is an annex with a small billiard table and table tennis table. The furnishings are all in a rustic-elegant style. From Solido there is a good asphalt road which is well connected with the motorway and to Perugia.

excellent Our week in Perugia was made by having both our families stay in Villa Solido for our wedding. Wonderful views and great pool, our guests at the wedding were amazed at the villa, we had our meal and band there after the church. Very hard to go home, I need to buy a bigger house with a view. We'll be back one day. Catherine & Diarmuid 5th September 2007.

excellent What a wonderful villa. We had 5 different families and everyone had the same feeling. The villa is wonderful on beautiful property. We wish we had booked for 2 weeks so we would have spent more time at the villa. The picutres do not do it justice. The buildings are new and very clean. Plenty to do and see. Hiking paths, wonderful swimming pool, game room, on and on. Bring a group and enjoy a wonderful place.
