A quiet country road takes you to Felò, an old country house situated in the hills of Todi amongst the fields and woods. This charming property consists of a main house and a separate guest house 20 metres apart, both made of stone. The main part of the villa faces towards the valley with a view of the stunning countryside scattered with trees.
The major part of the property is fenced in and has a well-maintained garden around the house and pool, with a vast area of two hectares of lawn surrounding the villa. The main building has a spacious living area on the ground floor, with large windows opening out onto the garden and onto the loggia which is well organised to dine "al fresco". The villa has maintained its main characteristics with its antique wooden beams and terracotta floors. The rooms of both houses are warm, elegant and furnished with good taste.
The country road is in good condition and the villa is only about 5 minutes from the Superstrada and 10 minutes from Todi.

excellent Felo was better than our expectations. The house is set in beautiful grounds, which are completely private. The house is very homely and has all the equipment you could need. We had a fantastic week and hope to return in the future. Thank you!

very good Really enjoyed the stay. The property was everything we could have asked for and suited our party perfectly. The owners were there to meet us and showed us around. It was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. I would recommend it to anyone and would definitely consider going back. If there is a constructive criticism I could offer, I would suggest that the description and pictures on the website do not do the property justice- they need upgrading.

excellent The weather was wonderful! The villa was lovely and perfect for children! The info book in the house might include horse riding at Agrincontri, which was great (Also a local doctor who speaks English?).
