This recently renovated farmhouse, situated in some of the most beautiful countryside in Umbria, offers an imposing view of the entire hill on which Todi,  a charming medieval town stands. The farmhouse has a fenced-off garden of approximately one hectare where the swimming pool, offering panoramic views, is found. The house is built on three levels, one of which is a basement: on the ground floor is the living area with a large and well-equipped kitchen and sitting/drawing room with fireplace and panoramic view.  On the first floor are the bedrooms.  The basement is used for storage and is not accessible.  On the side of the house facing Todi,  glass doors just by the kitchen and sitting room lead to a delightful furnished terrace, shaded during the day by sun blinds and plants, and ideal in the evening for dinner “al fresco”.  The bedrooms are comfortable and simple,  all with en suite bathrooms. The gravel track leading to the farmhouse is in good condition.
