This recently restructured luxury villa, is found in Punta Ala, an elegant and exclusive seaside resort, well-known to those who love sailing, golf and the game of Polo. Punta Ala is almost completely shaded by imposing pine forests that look out on to the sandy beaches, which are mainly organised by exclusive beach resorts. Tirillataralla is built in the most residential area, immersed in the greenery of a large pine forest, where there are other villas and a riding-school, only a 5 minute walk from the beach. The area is very peaceful and quiet, visited mainly by the occupants of the villas and by lovers of horse riding. The garden is perfectly maintained, furnished with wooden sun loungers and a hammock and is completely enclosed. The patio faces towards the sea and occupies almost all of one side of the villa. It is divided into various areas which are luxuriously furnished for outside dining or for relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture.
Inside, there is a central living area that is elegantly furnished with important paintings and valuable furniture, which separates the area containing a room for domestic staff from the opposite area where the master bedroom is, which has direct access to the garden and a spacious bathroom equipped with a circular shaped Jacuzzi in the centre of the room. Punta Ala is the ideal place from which to visit other prestigious tourist locations such as Forte dei Marmi which is about an hour away by car, Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano which are 80 km to the south. In the port of Punta Ala there are restaurants and boutiques.
