Enjoying the magnificent, calming peace of the Tuscan mountains, near San Donato in Collina, in the centre of a gorgeous park with a majestic view over the Arno valley, there is the independent villa: Villa Rosata, a beautifully restored watchtower. This property has a private pool and is surrounded by 10 hectares of land with olive groves, in the exclusivity of a well-maintained garden. San Donato in Collina is a typical small Italian village, where the bars, post office and grocery stores are in the centre. The adjoining Chianti Classico area, with its numerous vineyards, historic town centres and lively markets, invite you to experience the Italian way of life with all its pleasures. Just 15 minutes away from San Donato there are various sports facilities such as Ugolino, one of the most famous golf courses in Italy. The most exclusive items of fashion can be found nearby, in the outlets of the major Italian fashion houses. The park was designed in the early Twenties by a famous garden architect, using only flowers and trees native to Tuscany. In front of the house, an ancient pizza oven can be used for home cooked bread, pizzas and other delicious Italian food.

En suite spacious marble bathroom with jacuzzi and cranes out of Palazzo Pitti has a direct access to the master bedroom and the dressing cabin. 1 double bedroom (160cm wide)with a small lounge providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 single bedroom (120 cm/47,24 inches wide), 1 bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi steam bath, 1 double bedroom.
