The house Limoni is the second villa in the same estate of Villa Rosata, 500 metres away from it, but has its own entrance and its own private swimming pool, thus offering total privacy.
Limoni is located 3 kms from the centre of San Donato in Collina on the western hills of the Chianti Mountains, with a magnificent view from the Prato Magno (Appenine mountain range) to Arezzo in the south. The Florence Vespucci Airport is 40 minutes away and the Florence Santa Maria Novella railway station is 30 minutes away from the villa.
