This beautiful Tuscan villa is located on the summit of a hill, within a splendid 18 hole golf course, which you cross in order to reach the house. Casa Stella is therefore completely private, surrounded by a wood of majestic cluster pines, which guarantee coolness even in the hottest months, tall hedges define the well-cured lawn and swimming pool area.The villa is perfect for enjoying the unique atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside and also offers the possibility to reach splendid beaches, which are only ten minutes away by car.
Every summer, the villa owners rent beach umbrellas and sun loungers that guests can use on request. The villa is easily reached by a gravel road in good condition (2km). Only 3 kms from the villa are the villages of Bagno di Gavorrano and Scarlino where there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In Scarlino, there is also a port where you can rent small, private boats for unforgettable trips around the Tuscan archipelago.

no pets allowed. In Scarlino there is a tourist harbour where it is possible to rent boats. Possibility to rent beach umbrellas and sun chairs on a beautiful beach 10 min drive. During high season the beach umbrellas, sun chairs, golf course and the tennis court have to be booked before the arrival date to secure availability.

excellent Thanks a million, the house was lovely and had everything. the owner was extremely helpful and even introduced us to her nephews and sister in law who spoke English. The children went to the Golf Club every night. My husband went fishing in a lake across the road from the house and as a bonus, there were very few mossies! A lovely holiday

excellent Together with the whole family we had a fabulous time at Casa Stella. The villa is everything that you would expect from its description. Really top quality and beautifully maintained. It\\\'s located in a very unspoilt part of Tuscany with lots to do in the vicinity including a lovely beach, but the real pleasure of Casa Stella was being at home enjoying it. The owners could not be more helpful and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Stella to anyone. I hope you have as nice a holiday as we did.
