We have 12 years of experience
in luxury rentals in italy: villas, castles, apartments and historical residents. This gives us the ability to provide you with some of the finest properties in Italy.

We really know Italy.
Our team is composed of professional bilingual Italian operators who know the territory and can give you detailed tourist information. Our representatives are very knowledgeable about the regions and local services in the area where each villa is located.

We work directly with the owners.
We personally select the villas we propose to our clients. This gives us the opportunity to meet the owners and the staff of the villas such as cooks, maids, and caretakers. We work together to insure you a pleasant stay.

We have a customer assistance office in Perugia
the Umbria region. From there we organize all the local assistance provided by our representatives in all the regions where our villas are located. This also gives us the real opportunity to constantly monitor the properties and to ensure excellent local customer service.

We are very selective with the villas we choose to rent.
Among all the villas we visit every year, we only select a 20% for our portfolio. They are newly restored and each have different styles of interior design. They boast nice and elegant interior design, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchens, well maintained bathrooms, high end furniture, fittings and fabrics. Outside the villas have beautiful gardens and private swimming pools. We pay close attention to the tranquillity of the surrounding environment. This insures a quiet atmosphere and guarantees total privacy.

Concierge.
Since we are located in Italy, we are able to provide you with any extra service you might need, such as airport transfers, excursions and or events. We can also provide “tailor made” services that you might wish to have. -Most importantly: we are passionate about our job and we do everything we can to make you feel at HOME in our properties.
