This eleven-bedroom restored manor house available for holiday rentals shows traditional architectural features, polished terracotta floors, soaring ceilings, and midcentury antique furnishings. Tre Limoni is tastefully furnished with great attention to detail. The decorative fabrics and the selection of original antiques create a vibrant mood in each room. Outdoor, an impressive swimming pool, a private tennis court, and a private parkland, with a precious palm tree collection from all over the subtropical world, make this villa a magical place to relax.
Guests will be welcomed by the landlord or the villa manager at the villa who will be pleased to introduce you to the wonders of this enchanting place.
Eleven bedrooms, divided between the pool house and the manor house, are individually furnished and decorated with extraordinary Sicilian antiques and unique pieces of furniture coming from all over the world, creating a wonderful atmosphere in total comfort. Each bedroom has a private balcony or direct access to the gardens and is equipped with WiFi, heating, air conditioning, and colonial ceiling fans. En suite bathrooms feature traditional ceramic and are equipped with the finest toiletries.
Tre Limoni is a fully equipped villa, with a private chef, waiter, and maid service included. You will be also given mobile phones for the duration of your stay, complete with staff contact numbers and a list of the best local services: from shops, restaurants, and wineries, as well as numerous cultural attractions with descriptions suggested by the homeowners themselves.
The essence of relaxation at Tre Limoni is definitely represented by the infinity swimming pool shaded by palms and surrounded by lush gardens. A stop in the elegant Finnish sauna provides a rejuvenating effect for the body and the spirit. On request, it is also possible to organize professional massage, yoga lessons, or playful child meditation lessons.
At the villa, you will also have the possibility to get closer to its bio-farm philosophy by participating in its daily activities, from pressing the olives, pruning roses, harvesting citrus fruits, or picking fresh tomatoes.
This villa is unique in its proximity to numerous areas of interest: within one hour you can visit Mount Etna, Catania, Siracusa, and Noto. A little bit further you can visit Taormina and the Valle dei Templi in Agrigento. Tre Limoni is also close to the sea, just thirty kilometres from the beaches of Catania.

the villa owners live in a separate quarter of the villa providing the guests with the maximum privacy or full assistance if required. The professional kitchen can only be used by the staff. The villa features a well stocked wine cellar with a selection of Sicilian, Italian, and European wines of the highest quality, guests are requested not to bring their own food and beverages into the dining and living area. There are 3 dogs and 3 cats on the estate.

"My family and I went to the villa for my Grandpa's 85th birthday! It was an incredible trip and such an amazing experience getting to all be under one roof. The property was stunning and the staff were amazing. Ali, the host was so nice and helpful. Rang, the chef, was some of the best food I have ever had in my whole life. The food was simple but perfect and delicious, we never wanted to eat out. I would highly recommend it to anyone and I already want to go back. The property is a bit far from town but it is easy to drive and it is nice being isolated. We loved the animals at the villa and walking through the farm. Overall, it was an amazing villa and make our trip unforgettable."
