It is worth renting a large luxury villa for your Tuscan holiday when you need rest and relaxation together with your family or friends.
Within a splendid eight hectares (twenty acres) estate in the heart of Chianti, three splendid villas have recently been renovated and furnished for holiday rentals in Tuscany.
The area within which the estate is located is particularly privileged compared to the rest of Tuscany, being almost equidistant between Florence and Siena which are respectively 22 miles and 24 miles. This property is also recommended for those who want to rent a villa within walking distance to a village. It is in fact only two kilometres from the pretty ancient village of Panzano, which can also be reached on foot, via two different gravel roads that cross the countryside.
Two of the three villas date back to the 17th century, while the third is newly built. Located close to each other, they comfortably accommodate 34 guests. There is also another double bed in Villa Mela Tre, more suitable for service staff or teenagers.
Mela Due has an infinity pool and is provided with a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor area with a modular dining table for 36 people. Another swimming pool, smaller but heated, is located in front of Mela Tre, and a Jacuzzi with a panoramic view of the hills is located next to Mela Uno.
Along the two paths that lead to Panzano you are immersed in the typical Tuscan landscape, with its cypresses that outline gentle hills, and rows of vineyards with neat olive trees.
Hedge borders bound the garden between one villa and another, but do not guarantee total privacy; for this reason, we prefer to suggest them to a single large group.
The facade of Mela Tre is typical of a Tuscan farmhouse with natural stone walls and a small turret on the top offering amazing 360° views of the surrounding Chianti region.
Mela Due is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden while the outdoors features original stones and various several terraces.
Tre Mele has an excellent location for visiting ancient villages of great charm such as Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, and all the villages that are part of the Chianti region such as Radda in Chianti, Greve in Chianti, and Castellina in Chianti.
