This majestic 8-bedroom Italian luxury villa for rent dating back to 1800 is located in a central area of Lake Como, sixteen minutes by car from the lovely town Bellagio. It is surrounded by a very well kept secular park, which offers an elegant 200-meter private lakefront. You can test your botanical knowledge walking through the garden, indulge yourself in a pure lake experience or enjoy a relaxing boat ride. Featuring eight bedrooms, all double and each with its own independent bathroom, Villa Brezza can comfortably accommodate up to sixteen guests.
The villa has been handed down with passion from father to son for over four generations, which has preserved its traditional Italian appearance. Inside the villa, the rooms are very large, furnished with furniture from the early twentieth century, recognizable by the austere colours and the details in the wood scraps. The floor is made in a Venetian and antique oak style. The ceilings feature ancient frescoes, some of which have been restored and enriched with majestic chandeliers. The heated swimming pool and the gym give greater comfort, especially during the midseason.
Bellagio, a romantic village overlooking the lake, offers pleasant walks along shops, or restaurants and bars facing the lake.
With day trips during your stay, you can appreciate the glamour of the city of Milan, the history and traditions of the towns of Lecco, Como and Bergamo, or the beautiful Swiss city of Lugano, overlooking the lake Lugano.
On the grounds of Villa Brezza, there is also the residence of the friendly and reserved Guido family, who use the residence only during the weekends and during holiday periods. Their residence is situated on one side of the park, it has its own independent access, parking and private garden.
Villa Brezza is particularly suitable for wedding parties.
