This majestic high end vacation villa is located near Bellagio, an adorable village perched a short boat ride away with quaint little shops, and a wonderful waterfront promenade dotted with cafés.
The 7-bedroom villa is surrounded by a magnificent garden where ginkgo bilobas, acacias, beech trees, and centennial olive trees live together in perfect harmony as motionless spectators of such beautiful scenery.
Being lake Como just in front of the villa, a private dock is available, so you can spend some restorative time on the water and on land, touring the picturesque villages and historical grand mansions.
The villa also features its own private helipad within the villa grounds, which makes it easy to reach it, as Milan and Lugano airports are accessible in only about twenty minutes by helicopter.
In addition to the Liberty style, the villa shows some themes taken from the later Decò, which can be appreciated from the use of materials like iron and glass on the veranda, floral motive decorations on the neo-sixteenth-century windows, and on the circular shape of the gazebo.
The interiors have been decorated with the most luxurious Italian furnishing and equipped with Bang and Olufsen television and hi-fi in every room as well as Wi-Fi throughout.
