"Our stay was beyond expectation and SO SO lovely. The experience was especially nice because of Iwona and Simona, they are just such lovely people and everyone felt so comfortable and looked after by them. Home in Italy also helped arrange everything that was essential and needed and communication was very effortless. We look forward to returning to Medusa and booking with Home in Italy."

"Would you recommend your villa?: We would absolutely recommend Medusa. Medusa has a very rustic, comfy feel. Plenty of space for everyone in multiple areas for relaxing. The bedrooms were also spacious and each had its own nice bathroom so no one was left with the short end of the stick. The private golf course on the premises definitely did not disappoint.
Service before travel: Excellent service every step of the way. The uncertainty due to Covid resulted in countless questions to the Home in Italy staff. We always received prompt, thoughtful and accurate responses that were immensely helpful and made our trip much less stressful and therefore much more enjoyable than it otherwise would have been.
Service while on trip: Impeccable service. Home in Italy responded quickly to all our questions and helped us secure all the services we requested from their trusted partners, sometimes on very short notice. We required a fair bit of car services which Home in Italy assisted with and everything went as smoothly as possible.
Staff in the villa: The staff were very nice and helpful throughout the trip. Simone, the cook at Medusa, made the most amazing food. All her dishes were simple but delicious - just the way we like them. Iwona and Anna had such a nice presence and made sure everything was as should be.
Cleanliness: The rooms were cleaned daily as was the kitchen. (The only thing I would say is that some of the common areas inside and outside at Medusa seemed like they could use a little deep cleaning).
Home in Italy assistance: Home in Italy gets our highest recommendation. We will definitely be booking through them again for our next trip to Italy.

"We were in Villa Medusa July 20th - 27th. My name is Peter Soer and I was the organiser / group leader.
Everything was wonderful.
Anna, Rosa and Patrizia ran the villa beautifully. Anna was always helpful and resourceful. Rosa's cooking was wonderful.
Lucrezia was also wonderful in the arranging of the holiday - she was responsive and helpful. Lots of lovely ideas and services. We used the chef, shopping and wine ordering services - all great.
The villa itself is delightful - fabulous design and conditions.

Everyone of my group absolutely loved it. Thank-you to the Home in Italy team.

The only small hope we would have is for there to be recycling possible for the rubbish - it is a great shame not to be able to recycle at least bottles, cans, paper & PET bottles.
We really loved this holiday and would definitely want to come to your villas again in the future. "

"Medusa is definitely a great place to spend some good time; it is located in Tuscany, close to Ribolla and Massa Marittima… so peaceful! We enjoyed a little paradise ! What a beautiful place to stay for a Summer Holiday. During our stay we played the villa private golf course in an exceptional environment.
The house was very clean and well looked after. Anna and Rosaria are two wonderful ladies and so helpful.
Home in Italy gave us an excellent service, all information were clear and precise and always gave us prompt answers. Home in Italy assistance was perfect from the beginning and up to the check out. Chiara and Rachele got all answers to my questions within a very short time. Bravo !
A special thank to Rachele who is an exceptional lady. She has a great sense of service, always available and giving the right information. Home in Italy made a good acquisition !
I would add that this opinion reflects as well the opinion of the entire guests we had during these 3 weeks.

"Our stay at Medusa exceeded expectations. The villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Our family of 17 was thrilled by how many wonderful spaces there were to relax in. The pool was great as well, better than the pictures look. Most important, the house manager and cook delivered incredible hospitality and fantastic meals. This villa was a real winner for us."

"The villa staff were extremely helpful and able to assist with all of our requests - of which there were numerous. The high quality of the rooms and finishes reflected the cost we paid. Medusa is a high end Villa with generous spaces. The many zones easily accommodated our 18 person group - from dinners, to games nights, reading, talking and lounging - indoors or out. Superb."
