The property consists of ten hectares of olive groves and woods located on the nearest Lucca hills, 200 meters of altitude above the town.
Due to the enlightening system of the houses, each room is extremely bright and the original window shutters, like a piece of art, create shade in summer and catch the light deeply in winter.

It is the first house in the world with a hydraulic roof. The pool is perfect for swimming with sixteen metres in length, another larger area for playing and a hydromassage area, all for twenty-six meters in length.
