The villa is built on two floors and is fully furnished with all the ultimate facilities: it features air conditioning throughout, a hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and gym, a hammock, SKY TV, Led Smart TV, a Play station, home theater system, iPod station, Bose sound system, Wi-Fi and all the comforts you may need to make this villa the perfect retreat for your holidays.
With several balconies and terraces as well as 10.000 square meters of gardens, fruit trees, and paths, Mimosa offers the very best in terms of outdoor lounge areas and facilities. The sunny terrace overlooking the ocean is irresistible for al fresco dining or just relaxing. Just beyond the terrace is the infinity pool area with chaise longue, and steps down to a series of terraces closer to the water. There’s also a hot tub, outdoor shower, well equipped gym area, and a barbecue. The outdoor heated infinity pool is chlorine-free water and has LED lights, for memorable moments at the sunset.

please note that Mimosa is a semi-detached house with a completely independent entrance and a well-separated garden. Your privacy might be slightly compromised only in the Jacuzzi terrace and the pool area.  The fireplace in the living room is functioning. Non smoking villa. External chefs or any other third party service providers are not allowed at the villa.
