  house heating during winter from EUR 1500 to EUR 3500 per week, pool heating in April, May, September and October EUR 10 per hour (to reach a water temperature of 27°C, it may be necessary to turn on the heater 48 hours before guests’ arrival in mild weather. If the weather is colder, the minimum required heating time is 48-72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum of 14 hours per day of heating is required to maintain the temperature. If the outside temperature is below 16 degrees, it may be difficult to reach the optimal water temperature), extra maid service EUR 40 per hour per maid, extra change of linen EUR 40 per bed, extra change of towel EUR 20 per guest, , cooking service upon request, customized breakfast service and hot dishes available upon request, laundry service EUR 40 per load (max 8 kg) and EUR 40 per hour for the ironing service, city tax EUR 5 per adult per day for the first 7 days. External chefs or any other third party service providers are not allowed at the villa unless prior approval by the owner. Any other extra service not included.
