pats not allowed. Bedroom 1 shares the same terrace of the living area, while the other bedrooms on the lower ground floor share the same terrace with access to the swimming pool. The fireplace is only for decoration. Bathrooms are not equipped with bidets. The road leading to the villa is quite steep and narrow. There is another house behind the villa, currently abandoned. There is a construction site near the villa, therefore there might be noise in the outdoor area during the day, but the view and privacy are not compromised.
