Villa Cio is a stunning 670-square-meter villa that offers a stylish dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a living area with direct access to the spa and relaxation area and to the amazing 500 square meter pool terrace offering a fantastic view of the lake. A spacious terrace connects the swimming pool terrace to the northern courtyard. Below the main building, a one-story building structure houses a living room and three bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and an alarm system. A terrace is also attached herewith a shady pergola.
A guest house serves as a separate apartment with a kitchen, a living area, and a bedroom.
