The property has two accesses through an electronic gate directly into the garden or in the very big private garage. The garage is connected to the house Sole through a private elevator, leading to the SPA floor and the swimming pool area.
Both villas were restyled in 2013 by a talented young architect and the precious help of the property owners, who did an incredible work of research and have collected the furniture from all over the world, with extreme attention to details and design. The villas are really well furnished with a contemporary and luxurious style.
Outdoor, the garden runs all around the houses and comes up on several terraces with flowers and Mediterranean plants and olive trees. All around is the spectacular view of the sea, offering incomparable sunsets with the sun going down right in front of you into the sea.
Sole is the biggest villa and is connected directly to the SPA, the ground floor nestles four comfortable double bedrooms and a large living area with a working fireplace. A dining area stands on the same floor along with a well-equipped kitchen whose glass walls can be completely opened creating an impressive sensation of cooking in the middle of the garden. A large terrace on the first floor, furnished with fashionably snug sofas and a dining table, offers gorgeous views of the sea. Transparent glass doors separate the terrace from the indoor living area, guaranteeing the same panorama. On the first floor, there two extra double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
On the other side of the garden, separated by a fence, we find villa Luna which is located close to the tennis court. On the ground floor, there is a staff apartment with its own kitchen and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. On the same floor, there is access to the villa with two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Just outside these rooms, there is a comfortable and shaded lounge area with sofas and chairs, perfect for a relaxing outdoor aperitif. Only Sole is available for rentals, while Luna is available upon request. When renting Sole, other guests might stay at adjacent villa Luna, privacy might be compromised. Guests staying at Sole will not have access to Luna’s facilities. Although Sole features 6 bedrooms, the maximum number of guests allowed is 10 in order to guarantee utmost comfort in the living areas. Note that both villas are situated along a street, which gives street noise while being in the garden and pool area. Sole e Luna is not located in a residential area, but in a typical Italian local town near the beach. The two villas are divided by a fence, however, they are situated very close to one another. Turkish bath only to be used with assistance of therapist. Tennis equipment not available. Please note that there is an extra apartment located in villa Luna in case you need to accommodate your staff, composed of 1 double bedroom (not convertible into a twin), TV, small kitchen, living area, table for 4 people and bathroom with shower (+ extra hand held shower).
