If you are looking for a luxury holiday home rental in Puglia with the facilities of a modern villa set within an authentic residence, emblem of the peasant tradition of the region, Villa Terra is the right spot for your Italian vacation.
Air conditioning equipped, this pleasant villa has been recently renovated with ancient systems, which invite the passage of air inside it, to make it cool in summer.
Built within a hectare of fenced land, it is surrounded by olive, almond and pomegranate trees.
The main villa consists of a large living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and two double bedrooms located on the ground floor.
In addition to the main villa, there is an old country house called "Lamia", which can accommodate two guests in a double bedroom furnished with a large king size bed and an en suite bathroom.
In summer, the outdoor kitchen facing the swimming pool is a very welcome space. Equipped with a barbecue and wood oven, it is located under a canopy furnished with a dining table and sofa.
The nearest beach, which is seven kilometres away, is part of the splendid Torre Guaceto Carovigno Nature Reserve, and the nearest town is Ostuni, just fifteen minutes by car. The villa is easy to reach from Brindisi airport which is fifteen minutes away. Alternatively, you can choose Bari airport which is one hour away.
