Built within a hectare of fenced land, it is surrounded by olive, almond and pomegranate trees.
The villa consists of a large living room with a dining room, four bedrooms, three of which are located in the main villa and one in the guest house. On the lower floor, there is a cinema room, while going up to the roof terrace, it is enjoyable to admire the sea in the distance.
In addition to the main villa, there is an old country house called "Lamia", which can accommodate two guests, furnished with a large king size double bed and an en suite bathroom.
In summer, the outdoor kitchen facing the swimming pool is a very welcome space. Equipped with a barbecue and wood oven, it is located under a canopy furnished with a dining table and sofa.
The nearest beach, which is seven kilometres away, is part of the splendid Torre Guaceto Carovigno Nature Reserve, and the nearest town is Ostuni, just fifteen minutes by car. The villa is easy to reach from Brindisi airport which is fifteen minutes away. Alternatively, you can choose Bari airport which is one hour away.
