Walking distance from the closest sandy beach, only 500 meters away from the villa, this luxury 4-bedroom coastal home is wonderfully inserted in its natural context, characterized by large granite boulders sinuously shaped by the wind. The district Leopardo is located in overlooks the north coast of Sardinia. Porto Rafael is a residential village and touristic centre with large rocks that sprout between the Mediterranean greenery and villas scattered along the promontory. 
The style of the villa, sober and elegant, offers natural colours in bright and panoramic environments, and a direct connection with the external spaces through glass doors that face the sea. The wooden floors used also for the exteriors, give the desired feeling of comfort, of a direct link with nature. The modern, bright and spacious kitchen offers a suggestive view of the sea.
The apparently spontaneous vegetation surrounds the property and appears among the rocks to enhance the almost wild environment.
The entrance floor has three double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms with shower, a living area, dining room and kitchen with a beautiful verandah with breathtaking sea view. The fourth bedroom with bathroom is located on the lower ground floor, in front of the outdoor area where the barbecue and the second dining area are located. The villa is furnished with excellent equipment such as TV, Wi-Fi, sound system, air conditioning and computer.
The nearest beach (500 meters/0,3 miles) can be reached by car or on foot through a path which is accessible to vehicles too. For those who look for an equipped sandy beach, the closest one is called Nelson's Beach (800mt/0,5 miles from the villa).
The square of Porto Rafael, five minutes walking from the villa, represents the main spot where to find the supermarket, restaurant, bars for pleasant aperitifs in front of the sea, some shops and a small beach. From Porto Rafael and its surroundings, you can admire the enchanting Maddalena Archipelago, reachable from the Port of Palau, by ferry or private excursions. The Maddalena Archipelago is a park consisting of more than 60 granite and schist nature’s islands and islets and is considered one of the most suggestive landscapes in the world for morphologies, botanic landscapes, sea and marine biocoenosis.
Porto Cervo, along the Smeralda coast, is more or less a thirty-minute drive away and it is a famous tourist destination that attracts hundreds of VIPs and celebrities every year.
