On the same estate of Attica, there is another villa, of which nobody lives. This villa is located close to the parking area and can be seen on the drive up to the villa and close to the parking area. 1km/0,6miles of gravel road in decent conditions, a SUV car is recommended. The use of candles or other fires is not allowed because of the possibility of causing fires. The swimming pool has an inclined side and no ladder. Please be aware, that is the guests’ responsibility to ensure the safety of those who do not know how to swim, especially small children, and those that jump or drive, which activities are not recommended and forbidden. Tap water inside and outside the villa is not drinkable. Please note that the main door door has no handle on the outside. There is no covered area around the swimming pool.
