The beach located walking distance from the villa is rocky and there are no beach clubs. The closest beach club is located 1,2km/0,7miles from the villa. The villa is located at the end of a residential area, only a few houses are close by; privacy can be compromised while being in the pool area and the garden. There are security cameras located outdoors and around the pool area.
