In southern Tuscany, not far from Montepulciano, this corner of paradise is located at a four-kilometre distance from Piazze and seven kilometres from Cetona. The villa offers a panoramic view of 360 ° from the Val di Chiana to the Cetona mountain. The highlight of this haven of peace is the pool deck that allows you to embrace the entire landscape, the most beautiful and typical panorama that Tuscany can offer.
The villa is isolated and surrounded by three hectares of olive groves and a large garden enriched by cypresses, pines and lush green lawns. This all creates a well-designed ‘lighting from the dark’ and a vivid, bright feeling. Lunablu is set like a jewel in this incomparable setting.
The central part of the villa dates back from the sixteenth century and during 1789 the house was enlarged. The villa offers several terraces situated on different levels where you can have your meals while enjoying several different views of the surrounding countryside. The infinity pool, close to the villa, is cleverly designed to be an autonomous space because of its multi-functional bar and an easily accessible basement. A boules court adjoins the pool.
The owner of Lunablu has optimized every angle inside the villa and turned every space into a useful area. There are five double bedrooms of which four can be converted into either a double or twin bedroom. The villa offers four bathrooms, two with a bathtub and two equipped with a shower. In addition to this, there are two kitchens, of which one large kitchen with professional equipment in the basement, offering space to dine in and outdoors on the adjoining terrace. The second kitchen, a small kitchen but fully equipped is situated on the ground floor, it overlooks another small dining room and has doors opening to a terrace with a view where you could enjoy your breakfast. There is a third terrace, overlooking the lighted garden, which adjoins the master bedroom. All terraces, at night, have an amazing view of the most beautiful trees in the garden.

300 meters gravel road in good condition leading to the villa, non smoking villa, not suitable for disabled people due to many steps at the villa. The pizza oven is usable only under supervision and according to the availability of the staff (2 staff members required). Pets not permitted. Fenced in garden. Between 5 and 7am a member of the staff comes to the villa for the maintenance of the pool, during the day another member will come for the general maintenance of the garden and outdoor area, privacy and silence is guaranteed.

"Would you recommend your villa?: yes! It was absolutely gorgeous. The grounds were like in a magazine. Pool was perfect. We loved all the different sitting and dining areas. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes/cutlery and really anything you could ever need.
Service before travel: the trip organizers I had were extremely helpful and I appreciated all of their help with organizing groceries/wine pre stocking, cooking lesson, pizza party, and basically anything I needed.
Service while on trip: everything went according to plan, so I didn’t really require much help while on our trip
Villa location: the location was absolutely perfect. Extremely picturesque views and quiet Tuscan countryside.
Staff in the villa: Catia was very friendly and does a great job. It was sometimes challenging communicating, as she doesn’t speak any English, but we got by. We appreciated her visits.
Cleanliness: everything was very clean.
Home in Italy assistance: loved having the help of the concierge! It made things so much easier for me. I feel we were able to organize much better than I would have been able to do just on my own. I really appreciated this service!

"Beautifully restored old farmhouse. So much charm. Wonderful views!
We had a fantastic time at Lunablu. I would highly recommend it. The house was lovely, the grounds were very well maintained, and the pool was just right. The views are spectacular. Of note, the main kitchen is on the lower level and not directly connected to the main house. This makes dinner feel extra special (like you are going out to dinner). The villa is near the town of Cetona. Very nice little town. As for the overall experience, our concierge was spectacular. She really made things easy and helped out so much. And had great recommendations. Well done!"
