There are 6 panoramic air-conditioned double bedrooms in this luxury Italian villa for rent set in one of the best parts of Tuscany. Originally a 14th-century convent, Diletta is a first-class vacation villa rental in Italy located in the middle of Chianti, a short walk from Panzano in Chianti.
It is the area stretching between Florence and Siena, the wine region that has romanticized Italy of daydreams. Known for its excellent organic wines and olive oil, Panzano is a charming medieval village with shops, wineries, and restaurants.
Diletta is the typical home of a traveller’s imagination: terra-cotta-roofed ceilings, wine-soaked dinners, and vineyards stitching sun-dappled hillsides.
It is a family home in the Chianti hills where to find casual comfort and the natural beauty of its location brings it up to a high standard.
Trying to keep the style of the restoration, the owners designed and furnished it with a mix of contemporary and antique furniture.
Comfortably furnished in the living rooms, the villa boasts a fully equipped air-conditioned gym, media room with a large sofa and theatre seats, and a large sun-filled chef’s kitchen for cooking classes or pizza parties. All the bedrooms have their own fully renovated bathrooms with large walk-in rain showers.
The fenced-in gardens are filled with aromatic herbs and drought-tolerant plantings respecting natural planting schemes suited to the Tuscan hills.
The infinity pool extends into the bucolic horizon of the Tuscan hills. Being heated, the pool allows swimmers to immerse themselves in stunning landscapes during midseason.
The villa is within walking distance of three excellent vineyards, one of which, is arguably among the top vineyards of Chianti. Today Chianti vintners are producing excellent, nuanced wines that are worthy of these scenic surroundings.
Local taxis, massage, wine tours, walking tours, art tours, hot air balloon tours can be arranged. Special grocery requests can be provided for arrival. The manager lives on-site in separate accommodation, respecting guests’ privacy, and she is available 24/7.

Steps down to a chlorine-free swimming pool with views, sundeck and a pool house with ping pong table, a shower, and a guest bathroom, covered area with outdoor hot tub.

the villa is secluded from the small white country track that serves 2 villas that are 1 to 2 km away. The track runs parallel to the west side of the villa on the opposite side of the swimming pool, distance and privacy are provided by substantial gardens, fencing, trees, and shrubbery. The maid lives in a separate house where the villa manager has her office on the grounds, privacy will be honored. The villa offers 2 different entrances. Non smoking villa, no pets allowed. One friendly dog on the premises.
