At just two kilometres from Cortona, this luxury villa available for weekly rentals overlooks a valley of enchanting beauty, on the iconic landscape of Tuscany, where the lush and green countryside is immersed in absolute tranquillity. The villa is surrounded by three hectares of land, two of which are fenced in, located around the villa, and turned into a beautiful garden full of lavender plants and roses.
The porch of the villa, facing the panoramic side, extends for almost the entire length of the ground floor, where the kitchen, dining, and living room are located. Not far from the porch, you can find the stone built BBQ. Villa Verdi is divided into two floors and accommodates up to six people. The interior is furnished in the traditional Tuscan style, with details and furnishings that make the villa a welcoming place where to live all year round. Air conditioning is available in the three bedrooms. A small vegetable garden, with some seasonal vegetables and aromatic plants, is available for guests’ use.
The swimming pool is located on the lower level of the garden and thanks to a solar panels system, it allows the water temperature to increase by about four or five degrees more. The pool is also cleaned with a salt system to avoid the use of chlorine.
The nearest restaurants are situated in Cortona, however, it is also possible to have a lovely dinner at the villa by booking the cook service of this villa.

In general, would you prefer the check-in day possible on any day of the week? If so, which one: Yes, for us coming from Australia being able to accommodate a mid-week check in and slightly longer stay worked very well for us.
Comments: This is a beautiful property that is exceptionally well-located to explore the region. My family and I had a wonderful week. Home in Italy and the host Giuseppe were lovely to deal with and provided an excellent service. The Villa was fantastic, and Giuseppe was wonderful. Everything at the Villa was as presented and the entire experience was very easy. We had a lovely holiday.

Comments: We would highly recommend this villa. If you want the Tuscan experience, this is as close as you'll get one with all the luxury you need. We stayed here with grandparents and 2 (young) children. The owners are very welcoming and professional. The villa is fully equipped and this is really a home away from home. The villa has been restored with great attention to detail and with respect to the property. The garden is beautiful, the swimming pool had a very good temperature and the villa was clean and provided everything you would need. We had a lovely stay. The view is magnificent. The villa offers more than enough privacy but is not isolated. Cortona is close-by and a lovely village for a morning coffee or dinner.

Giuseppe was an excellent host who ensured we were well acquainted with how everything worked before leaving us, and his helpers took equally good care of us throughout the week.
