Flaviana is a large contemporary Tuscan villa for rent with few principles that define its simple aesthetic: open-floor plans, clean lines, minimal clutter. Sitting amid the gently rolling hills of the Crete Senesi region, at 23 kilometers from Montalcino, Flaviana is a recently renovated holiday farmhouse offering deluxe and comfort for up to 18 guests.
Traditional from the outside with well-maintained stone walls, the indoor of villa Flaviana is very bright and modern, with soaring wood-beamed ceilings and graceful archways.
This luxury villa has four bedrooms in the main house, two bedrooms in a guest house and three private one-bedroom suites. All nine bedrooms do have king size beds and en suite bathrooms. For larger families, it is possible to add extra beds for up to twenty-two guests.
Villa Flaviana is a convenient starting point to explore the surrounding towns. Montalcino is within easy reach while Montepulciano, the UNESCO designated town of Pienza and the city of Siena will make your Italian stay a memorable holiday.

the garden is not fenced in. There is a country road running along the property and a farm nearby; it is possible to hear car passing although the road is not a busy one. Smoking is not allowed indoor. 1,2km/0,7miles of very good maintained gravel road to reach the villa. External chefs or any other third party service providers are allowed upon request.
