Talia is a luxury 3-bedroom villa available for weekly holiday rentals, located in the picturesque countryside of Orvieto, Umbria. The outdoors offers breathtaking views of rolling hills and a lush park filled with native plants, aromatic herbs, olive groves, and fruit trees. From the sparkling saltwater pool, nestled among oak and hazelnut trees, you can enjoy a stunning view of the iconic Orvieto Cathedral in the distance, with its golden mosaics shimmering in the sunlight.
Upon entering this three-storey villa, you are greeted by a modern, fully equipped kitchen, with a striking design table at the centre of the room. Natural light pours in through a large window above the kitchen counter, casting a warm glow on the space. The furniture’s earthy tones and the white exposed beam ceiling create an inviting, cosy atmosphere.
A corridor leads to the master bedroom, located on the first floor. This spacious and bright en suite room is thoughtfully curated to ensure both privacy and comfort. The colour palette, anchored in Real Greige, is complemented by rich textures and soft hues ranging from cappuccino to silk, evoking both warmth and urban sophistication.
On the second floor, two double bedrooms with design furniture and en suite bathrooms can accommodate four guests. Each bedroom provides additional privacy and comfort.
The living area is located on the ground floor. This open-plan, modern, and bright space is divided into three distinct lounge areas. Designed with a blend of metal and concrete, and a white ceiling with exposed beams, the first area features a large wooden and iron table and two backless corner sofas. The adjacent lounge offers a modern sofa and a large TV with entertainment. A small kitchenette hidden inside a handcrafted cupboard, with two electric burners and a small sink, is available for light food preparation. The third lounge area features a functioning fireplace, providing another cosy space to relax and enjoy natural light from the outdoors. Custom-crafted furnishings, refined materials, and select designer pieces infuse the villa with a unique industrial elegance.
Additionally, you’ll find a bathroom with original concrete walls. One step down leads to a massage room with dimmed lighting, offering a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation.

pets not allowed. Children under 12 years old are not allowed. Staff bedroom equipped with one single bed. There are some properties nearby the villa however privacy is fully guaranteed. One property holds weddings therefore, while being outdoors, it's possible to hear music during the evening (approximately until 12am). While being outdoors is possible to hear some cars passing by once in a while. Since the villa is located in the countryside, it might be possible to hear agricultural machines once in a while during the day. The fireplace located on the first floor is only decorative, however, the one located on the ground floor can be used by the guests.
