Newly restored at a very high standard, this 7-bedroom luxurious villa is within walking distance of an old village; the 6.6-hectare fenced in garden comprises the main villa, the guest house, and the wellness house. This is a stone-made building with a very large room divided into two different areas, both with large picture windows opening to the tennis court, the outdoor Jacuzzi, and the hills in a far distance; in one area there is the gym, in the other, there is an elegant sitting room, a perfect place to have healthy drinks and where to relax while admiring the iconic Umbrian hills in a far distance. The steam bath, the sauna, and an indoor Jacuzzi complete the comfort. In correspondence with the wellness house, there are elegant outdoor furnishings signed by Tribu, comprising a dining table covered by a large umbrella, and some nice sofas.
In addition to the tennis court, and the wellness house, the villa offers more outdoor facilities, such as a swimming pool, a volleyball field, a tennis table, and a bocce court.
The property is divided into the main villa, which hosts three bedrooms, and a guest house where the other four bedrooms are located. Covered parking area for 2 cars, uncovered parking for 3 cars. There is a strong Wi-Fi connection in the indoor areas, the connection in the outdoor areas, on the contrary, might not be reliable. Pets are not allowed. This is a no-smoking villa. External chefs or any other third party service providers are not allowed at the villa unless prior approval by the owner.
