Towards the end of the thirteenth century, an aristocratic Italian family from Florence built a luxury villa for the summer holidays in the Tuscan countryside. Dating from the nineteenth century, Colonica has four suites, divided on two floors, each with an en suite bathroom and a walk in closet. On the ground floor you can find a Suite and a Junior Suite, these two suites can be communicating and have access to a small shared garden.
The inevitable Tuscan style cannot fail to have terracotta tiles on the floor, details of wrought iron and wood. The combination of these details together with the colors of the furnishings make this villa extremely chic and comfortable.
