Unfortunately, the new stars shining in the Italian sky did not get the chance to fully express themselves much during this past “annus horribilis”.
The Coronavirus pandemic has impacted the catering industry all over the world, however, the renowned Michelin guide delivered the gourmet lovers a message of continuity by confirming the awarding appointment for this year.
The three-starred restaurants were all reconfirmed, three won a second star, while 26 new restaurants achieved the prestigious milestone of earning a star for the first time. Among the Michelin star winners, there are also some young entrepreneurs under 25 and 30. On the other hand, there are 10 restaurants that lost a star for various reasons. The record for three stars in Italy belongs to the Lombardy region, but here is the list of 11 restaurants with 3 stars.
Explore the list here below and find out valuable information that will be useful for your next holiday in Italy.
